Communication Terms & Consent

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

By providing your contact information and checking the consent box on our inquiry form, you agree to the following communication terms from Tim Popp at West Capital Lending, Inc. (NMLS #1566096).

Communication Window

Your consent authorizes Tim Popp and West Capital Lending to contact you for up to 90 days from the date you submit your inquiry. After 90 days, we will cease outreach unless you submit a new inquiry or provide renewed consent.

Communication Channels

You may receive communications via the following channels:

Phone calls — to the number you provided
Text messages (SMS/MMS) — to the number you provided
Email — to the email address you provided

Automated Technology Disclosure

Communications may be sent or initiated using automated technology, including but not limited to auto-dialers, pre-recorded voice messages, and automated text messaging systems. These technologies are used to ensure timely follow-up on your inquiry.

How to Opt Out

You may revoke your consent and opt out of communications at any time using any of the following methods:

Text: Reply STOP to any text message
Email: Send a request to tpopp@westcapitallending.com with subject line “Opt Out”
Phone: Call (949) 379-1191 and request removal

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will remove you from all outreach lists within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation of your removal.

Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may inquire about our loan products without consenting to receive marketing communications.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages, depending on your carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction.

Data Retention

Your contact information and inquiry details are retained for the purpose of fulfilling your request and for our internal records. TCPA & FCC Compliance

All communications are conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, and applicable state laws governing telemarketing and electronic communications. We maintain records of all consent obtained and honor all opt-out requests promptly.
